Carolyn Drummond is one of the pioneering Stylists who helped launch cabi Clothing in Canada over 11 years ago. With a background in hospitality, real estate development, and relationship-driven leadership, she discovered that her true calling wasn’t simply selling clothing—it was helping women see themselves differently.
Today, Carolyn is passionate about empowering women through confidence, connection, and personal style. As a leader, mentor, and business coach, she has helped hundreds of women build wardrobes they love, host meaningful fashion experiences, and create businesses that fit their lives. She believes getting dressed should be joyful, effortless, and a reflection of who you are.
A dedicated community leader, Carolyn has proudly been a Rotarian for 29 years. Service above self has been a guiding principle throughout her life, inspiring her commitment to giving back through community partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and The Heart of cabi Foundation. She believes fashion can be a powerful vehicle for building confidence, strengthening communities, and creating positive change.
