Danielle Cocks
Biography
I’m Dani, she/her living in north Woodstock and raising my family with various connections across Oxford County. I am a mother to two boys (8 and 10) and my husband of over 10 years have loved establishing (moved in 2016) ourselves in this community as we originally come from Cambridge On. I have worked most of my adult life as a caseworker for the Ministry of Children Community and Social services providing necessary support to Ontarios most vulnerable populations. Social services was always my passion and I recently went back to school and completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology and have become a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying). I am an active, passionate curious woman interested in all things related to personal and community development. I love to bike the Hickson trail with my Austrailian shepherd, Clementine, watch my boys play ball and hockey, read and appreciate what local vendors have to offer this farm community!

Business Profile
Post graduation, I started Renovo Therapy. Renovo Psychotherapy is a virtual psychotherapy practice dedicated to supporting individuals—especially women—navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and the internal “in-between” spaces where old roles no longer fit. The practice is grounded in holistic, integrative, evidence-informed therapy with a focus on deep personal change rather than surface-level coping.
Renovo serves clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, trauma histories, hormonal transitions, relationship challenges, and body-based stress patterns. The practice offers a warm, grounded, introspective therapeutic space rooted in authenticity, intention, and respect for each client’s lived experience.
Those who struggle with postpartum, parenting, body image, perimenopause, hormonal shifts, caregiver burnout and the anxiety tied to doing it all are my ideal clients to work with. Women deserve the space to be heard and work through the messy parts of life.
