Biography
I am the owner of Finkle Street Dining in Woodstock and co-founder of HAOMA CO. Holistic Health.
With a background in psychology and a passion for whole-person wellness, I support individuals in navigating stress, trauma, and health challenges through integrative mind–body approaches. My work includes nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, and heart–brain coherence, using modalities such as HeartMath®, PSYCH-K®, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®).
My approach is rooted in both personal experience and professional training, with a focus on helping individuals shift limiting patterns, restore balance, and reconnect with their innate capacity to heal and thrive.
Alongside my work in holistic health, I lead a community-focused dining space that reflects my values around nourishment, quality, and connection.
I value authentic relationships, collaboration, and being part of a supportive network of women in Oxford County.
