Tina Young

Hi there, I am Tina Young and am happy that you have found me. In addition to being a mom and wife and all of the awesome things, I have a passion for helping people and have been working to define what that looks like for me. I worked in the non profit sector for over 20 years, with the majority of that time leading teams of all shapes and sizes and loved almost every minute of it! (Let’s be honest, if I said I loved every minute I would be lying) I have always strived to provide a positive, respectful and empowering environment for individuals and teams to not only survive in but to thrive. Through the years I have learned that encouragement, engagement and having fun are key to having a positive and successful team. I have found that it is important to support people in creating and maintaining space for them to have happy, meaningful and fulfilled work experiences.
